Mum & Dad started to get a bit affectionate and then went across the road for lunch

Junior was left behind but kept his eye on Mum

Their pointy hooves help them scamper across the rocks and escape when something is trying to catch them to eat. They walk as if they're on points all the time (like ballet dancers). They are very elegant animals.

The Mara Crossing that we witnessed was chaotic. Hard to believe that for the Wildebeest not involved in that particular crossing, all remains calm as normal.
